The Parish Council is the sole trustee of the Village Hall, however the Village Hall is a charity and is run separately to the Parish Council.
The Village Hall's accounts are also produced separately from the Parish Council
The Parish Council are establishing a separate management committee to run the Village Hall, take the bookings, etc.
